David manages to make even IVF fun

I should back up a little, though. As I mentioned earlier, we got pregnant on our third try at in vitro. It was definitely the hardest one since they increased the medications every time, and I was very sick through almost the entire thing. I spent most of my time like this (thanks, David).

But David was amazing. We had just been to Vegas, and I liked one of the slot machines called Emerald City, so he made a board of emeralds for me. Every day of the IVF shots, I got to pick an emerald. On the back, he had written my treat for that day. There were flowers, cupcakes, massages... He managed to turn something really hard into something really fun. How could you not love this man?!
